Baked Custard with Caramel Syrup

Ingredients
750 mL3 cupsRICE KRISPIES* cereal
4 eggs
75 mL1/3 cupgranulated sugar
0.5 mL1/8 tspsalt
2 mL1/2 tspcinnamon
5 mL1 tspvanilla
500 mL2 cupsskim milk
175 mL3/4 cupcaramel ice cream topping
Preparation
  1. Place cereal in 20 cm (8-inch) square glass baking dish.
  2. In medium bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla until well combined. Stir in milk. Pour over cereal.
  3. Bake at 160°C (325°F) about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Serve warm drizzled with about 30 mL (2 tbsp) caramel syrup.

Soooo easy, and super yummy!!We liked it without the caramel too.
